hair factory
today, my digital camera ran out of batteries when i was at work. i wanted to take a picture of all the donuts we made today. there are roughly three more days until opening day and shit has been pretty hectic around the store. i worked for eleven and a half hours today. woke up at six, was at the store from seven am til six thirty pm. the store is really coming together now. all the construction is done, now its time to clean, accessorize and just get psyched up for psycho donuts! anyways, i took a bunch of shitty pictures of some of the goodies we made today. as i was uploading them onto my hard drive, i stumbled upon this photo on my phone. this is at hair factory, where my amazing two kevins and one sam make me the man i am today. but sigh... i am up here in the bay and have yet to find anybody to cut my hair the way the kevins did. nor do i trust anyone up here. for example, the last girl i went to, i showed her pictures of what my hair normally looks like and how its supposed to be. she told me, "i know what to do, i spend more time on you!" i guess i was flattered and somewhat pleased for her attention. as i watched her trim the top and the sides, i thought to myself; not bad, she made the hawk part of my hair to skinny which wont flatter my face but whatevs, hair grows back. i guess i just assumed she'd know how to do the back of my hair...

so now i have a full on mohawak until it grows out. sadness. how i miss la and my kevins.
